We have been customers for ten years. We noticed a difference in the customer service last year. Today we attempted to purchase Accu Chek Guide Test Strips and we were told by the Pharmacist the cost went up to $200.00! We have purchased them in prior visits for about 25.00! Here is the important issue... We complained about their customer service last month because they devalued myself and my husband who has catastrophic illnesses. I went home googled it and the test strips are $40.00 on Amazon and 0.00 yes FREE with an Amazon Prime Card! And $24.99 at the diabetic supply online warehouse. 200.00! Sure! How unethical! Was this retaliation? Denial of services and misrepsentation of cost element?Again how unethical! Retaliation? Just SMH! ?

The staff at Tom's is exceptional! They are very caring, kind, professional, and understanding. My first experience at this pharmacy was AMAZING!!! Not only did the staff treat me with respect, the pharmacist, Matt, introduced himself with a smile and took his time to repeatedly call Walmart to switch over my prescriptions. The staff here also went above and beyond to make sure I was able to receive my medication. Although they close at 5pm, they allowed me to stay while my doctor called in a last minute medication. I felt respected, and most importantly, I felt human.The respect and professional curiosity was AMAZING!!! Thank you, thank you everyone at Tom's

Not one complaint. Tom's quick and friendly staff goes above and beyond for their customers. Answering questions or concerns about prescriptions and even delieveing medication when we are unable to pick up.

Excellent, fast service with a knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond your typical box store pharmacy. They were able to save me time and money on a rapid strep test. In and out in less than 20 minutes.
