I want to return internet equipment from my husband's shop as he passed away. Unfortunately, the shop was in Clarksville in the stores in Hopkinsville. She told me she couldn't accept the equipment from a different state. I asked her the location of where I would be able to return the equipment and she told me to Google it. As I was juggling the equipment I went over to sit on one of their stools so I could Google it and she followed me over and kept trying to interrupt me as I had my phone on speaker to tell me to go outside. She was extremely rude, unhelpful and disobliging to the point where I had to look at her and say 'You don't know what handicaps I've got, so just keep to yourself.' She shouldn't have anything to do with customers!

Twice I have driven an hour to this store for personal assistance with issues and twice I had to go home and use the phone to get my issues addressed. It's a good place to pay the bill or get a new phone. Otherwise I found it disappointing. My hometown doesn't have a store anymore.

Beware of when you cancel services. We cancelled 2 days after the new billing period and spectrum in this location does not prorate so I am stuck paying for 27 days of service with no equipment and a cancelled service.

They closed almost 30m early. Bet there paid hours say differently. Really annoying having to replace equipment to get a service I'm paying for to work just to see the stores representing that company don't care to stick around and provide the service.

The lady was so nice and friendly to everyone who came in there while I was there. She was extremely helpful to me! I had been having issues and she easily helped me and was very pleasant while helping.

It really bothers me as a business owner to leave a review about poor customer service, simply because I don't want to take money out of someone's pocket because people have bills to pay, but in this instance, I have to. I had to cancel all of my services that I had with Spectrum because the customer service is absolutely horrible! I have been trying back and forth to get my account credited back for the last two months for an issue that is the fault of Spectrum. Between the store and the customer service reps on the phone, they continue to appoint me in the other's direction, saying that the other will resolve the issue. Still to this day I am owed $388.83 and have not been credited. It amazes me how fast they are quick to take your money, but when they're honestly at fault, and admitted to being at fault, I'm still waiting on my account to be credited after two months. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone EVER again. I now see why my sibling chose to leave this company as he was a manager over two of the Spectrum store locations for six years. Customer service is beyond horrible!!!! One thing is for sure, they will reply and say that they are sorry this is happening and that they will work to resolve the issue, but guess what? It still will NOT be resolved....Now look below at their response. lol. The same sales pitch that I mentioned would take place. I wish I would even entertain the thought of calling customer service again. Keep the money, I'd rather have my peace of mind knowing that I don't operate my business the way Spectrum does. It will come back full circle. Probably one of the reasons why they have so many stores closing down.

Store is not well stocked with phone covers, glass covers. No excuse for not having adequate phone suppliers.

Literally the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Store personnel were not trained properly. Customer service line and store weren't even on the same page about my complaint. No supervisor on duty or even in store according to employees.

Its out very frequently & for extended periods of time & lagging even when it is working. The cost is extremely high
