“I have never had a bad experience with the pharmacy,the pharmacist or any of the staff that has ever worked with me here. I've been a customer for over 3 years now. Their service has always been top notch. Even at the height of the COVIDpandemic when it was tough to find even some standard antibiotics, they always got what I needed or helped me find a place that had it in stock. This will stay my Pharmacy as long as I live in this area. The delivery service has literally been a lifesaver for me.”

“The staff at Tom's is exceptional! They are very caring, kind, professional, and understanding. My first experience at this pharmacy was AMAZING!!! Not only did the staff treat me with respect, the pharmacist, Matt, introduced himself with a smile and took his time to repeatedly call Walmart to switch over my prescriptions. The staff here also went above and beyond to make sure I was able to receive my medication. Although they close at 5pm, they allowed me to stay while my doctor called in a last minute medication. “The pharmacy itself and the ladies that work there are fine. However, the delivery guy that dropped off my medication a moment ago and told my daughter “it was my fault because I didn’t leave a note” is completely out of line. I left instructions with the ladies to pass along to leave my medicine inside my door because I work from home and cannot jump off a call just because the doorbell rings. I’ve never had this issue in the past. Instead of blaming me it would have been nice for a bit of accountability. If I were receiving something that required a signature then I would get it but I had nothing like that.Just seemed a bit rude. But they also said they have been having issues with their drivers in the last month so I did take that into account.”
“I love the pharmacy staff here. They are all so nice and very helpful with any prescription issues. The wait can be long because it’s very busy. But I think it’s worth it. One time a drive thru employee even gave my dog some treats! :)”

“I had purchased two gift cards at this location. Somehow, I laid them down and left without them. As soon as I realized what I had done, I called the store in hopes that they were still there. I called several times and finally got someone to answer. The gentleman that took my call went to see if they had been turned in and thankfully they had. All the employees were super nice and very helpful. I love this marketplace.”
