Amazing! I called one day and they were at the house the next day. They ripped out the old carpet, installed the new carpet, and the price was less than I priced at other places. Above all else, the company as a whole was extremely professional and I felt like I was working with family. I will never go anywhere else for my flooring needs. Thank you Pennyroyal Interiors.

i went into pennyroyal interiors for the first time this past week and i've never gotten worse welcoming into a business. There was no hello, no smile, no nothing until after i had said something. In the home furnishing business you need to be personal with EVERYONE who walks into your store, you're job is to make money isn't it?? and with being in that business you SHOULD be creating those inter-personal relationships with everyone who walks into your business because a person's home is personal and no one wants to bring someone into you're home who is unwelcoming and unfriendly and is supposed to help you decide what blinds,carpet,flooring would be best for you and your home. I also think that in this sort of business a client isn't only buying the product, they are buying the person who is selling it, and let me tell you what i would not buy from them, I'd rather drive 30mins to Clarksville to get good customer service with the same product. I wouldn't recommend this place in the slightest bit.
