I really wasn't in the market for a new vehicle but Kyle really took care of me. In fact the entire team (Kyle, Wally and Mark) at Pennyrile are fantastic. They found the best financing deal for me, gave me a good value for my trade, and made the customer experience very positive and not like I was just a number.

Pennyrile Ford has always provided good service, we will continue to be customers, I was a gm owner my whole life, bought 2013 Explorer for wife, best vehicle we ever owned. I bought her a new 2023 Explorer and she loves it. Im still driving the 2013, great vehicles.

This dealership is the worst. I came by and met with a salesman, named Gregg. I coordinated a time to meet the next day ( 8am ) and test drive some vehicles. I waited until 8:30am and he still had not shown up and the doors were not open. The opening time on their website is 8 am.
I then called the service department and spoke with Ethan as I was curious how much they would charge to install a gooseneck hitch in a truck I purchased from them. Not only was he able to provide an answer but he was short and did not even want to ask. The only information he provided was they charge $150/hr for labor.

My husband and I visited Pennyrile Ford after a phone call with Dave Thompson. His description of a vehicles condition helped us decide to visit and take a test drive. Dave was very personable and helpful. Even though we didn't complete the purchase, I would definitely seek out his service and work with Pennyrile Ford again if/when the right vehicle is available.

I've been a customer at Pennyrile Ford for a long time. I always feel like our trucks are properly serviced and their customer service is outstanding. Pennyrile gets the job done, doesn't try to upsell me things I don't need, and I feel like the cost to take care of our vehicles has been competitive and reasonable.

As always, I had great service, when I took my Ford Escape in for a replacement of a headlight. It only took about an hour and a half to take of the job plus they gave me an overview status of my vehicle.
I have been having them service my car for almost five years and I am very pleased.

We had a very positive experience with Wally as our salesperson at Pennyrile Ford.
I was interested in a Race Red Ford Escape. Wally said, "I'll find you one." The next day, spouse & I went back, and a Race Red Escape was there before the end of the business day on a Saturday afternoon.
Following the sale, Wally has checked to make sure we know that if we have any questions about the vehicle, he will try to get us answers.
I'm glad we stayed local and made the purchase at Pennyrile Ford.

I bought a brand new 2023 ford F-150 from this dealership a few weeks ago. Let me start by saying Bridget is an outstanding sales representative and 100% will do everything she can to get you the car and deal you seek.
With that being said. I have had obstacle after obstacle trying to get the factory defects fixed on this truck. When I say factory defects it is nothing major but defects none the less. I have now brought this truck in 4 times to get them fixed and the last time they finally sent me to service and they had to order the parts which won't be in for 2-3 weeks. Not a big deal but why not start with that? It is a brand new truck after all... every time I go in there to get this truck worked on I feel as if I'm being looked at like a pain for trying to get the dealership to uphold their end of the deal. Again none of these issues are a big deal I just feel as if there is a lack of communication throughout the dealership.
Would I recommend buying from this dealership? Yes. As long as you have 0 factory defects and the ability to look and point them out.
If I could turn back the clock and not buy this specific truck from this specific dealership I 100% would.
Again, Bridget is an outstanding sales representative and if you do buy a vehicle from here go through her!
** UPDATE!!!
IT has now been OVER 4 months since their response to this post and I still have not had my factory defects fixed. I also now have service light on after only 12,000 miles. The professionalism and communication within this dealership is honestly disappointing and it has gotten even worse since the person who sold me my truck left the dealership.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE OR PURCHASE (you will thank me later) I would highly advise going to the Clarksville ford dealership. They’ve been a bigger help to me than pennyrile. I am increasingly meeting more and more people who tried working through pennyrile for a new vehicle and are disappointed.
