Wow I wish I could give negative stars. I read these reviews at first and thought oh well its probably just disgruntled customers and would give newwave a chance, last time I make that mistake. I called them on a friday to set up cable and internet service at which point they told me the earliest time they had was Saturday, a week later, between 3 and 5. So Saturday rolls around and my wife and I are waiting on the technitian who shows up at about 4:10 and parks in the parking lot, we live in an apartment complex. He sits in his van for about 10 min then gets out and walks around the parking lot on his cell phone for about 15 min. At this point im pretty irritated and we have plans after he is done so I getin the shower and he gets back in his van. As I was getting out he calls me but I miss the call and immediately call him back. He doesn't answer or leave a voice mail on my phone. As I walk up to the window trying to call him he drives off. My wife and I try, unsuccessfully, to call him several more times. I finally try to call newwave where I sit on hold for about 15 min and the lady tells me that her supervisor is calling the dispatch office and she will call me if she can help me, like they are doing me a favor. She wont give me a direct line to call back and just tells me to call back the same number. 20 min go by and I decide to call back waiting on hold for 25 min this time and that was it id had enough. I wish there was a store I could go to and raise **** but its probably best there's not. I can't believe this company is still here. NEWWAVE GO AWAY!
