They ignore the customers. They are rude and snobbish towards me when I go in to pay my bill. There has been several times I went in there and couldn't get service because they were to busy playing on there phones. The phone I have now broke and I went to get another phone and was lied to and told that they wouldn't set me up with another one just because they didn't feel like doing their job. I have been a customer of Metro for over 10 years and it is obvious that these Hopkinsville locations are just terrible and only wanna hire lazy punks. So I'll be taking my business else where. Also do not go through these people. Their reception is terrible anyways.

If zero stars was a rating I would put that instead. Customer service was none existent, one employee out of the 5 there was helpful and the rest just stood there and stared. I hope that one employee gets a job somewhere.

I had purchased a set of 50$ wireless earbuds and ask the nice young lady behind the counter if I was not happy with my purchase if I could return them and she had said yes. So today I wasn’t pleased with the earbuds and was gonna return them I went in and ask to return them and I was told by the goofy long haired white tattooed manager uh!!!! We don’t do returns. Every company in the free world gives refunds after 4 days no matter what. So please be caution if when you do business with this company they will lie to you just so they can steal your money. Avoid at all cost

I've been outside in the cold and the customer service lady pulled up and said she had to go somewhere! It was 10:40 am. The sign said open, and it was suppose to be someone here at 10:00am. It is now 10:43 am and she still has us locked outside!!!

I give place negative 6. Customer service was terrible and the girl incompetent. I went there to buy a new phone using my upgrade. First the dizzy clerk told me a lie that credit card machine doesn't work after she input everything ask me could I pay with cash then to point to nearest atm. REDFLAG! I told her was not going to atm at night and could have said something before ringing my stuff up. She was rude and very unprofessional and calling corporate doesn't help. Do not go to the this particular store. Even the other stores will warn about these incompetent people there. They suck at this store!

Worst service I've ever seen at a cell phone retailer. They aren't helpful at all. When you walk in it's like you're an inconvenience because they have to do their job. Plus the service is terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND
