“As a home care nurse for 23+ years I worked on and off with Pennyrile .They were the “go to “ dme for odd or hard to find equipment and “ what do we need for this patients problem” company. I am currently working private duty for a couple and have spent more time with several of the employees in doing so. All have been very professional, helpful in solving issues and problems that have come to pass with my patient yet they are friendly and you feel that they care about helping you and enjoy doing it. When I order something it comes promptly and if the item is delivered by them personally they are courteous and helpful in set up and teaching you how to use it. They really great in aiding you in wading through the the mire of billing and insurance. All of that goes a very long way in my book. I hope others will consider them. While they are not magicians and can't always meet your specific needs they will always try and even make suggestions of other places to look on the rare occasion someone would have what they don't.
