Not going back. They don't know how to cut and style younger women's hair unless you have white hair that needs a poof.

I Do Not Recommend Juanita's Beauty Salon. Michelle was rude and heartless towards a 98 year old woman with Dementia this morning because she was 10 minutes late for her appointment. The lady explained that she had fallen the day before and was moving slower than normal due to her pain. Michelle showed NO Compassion what so ever and told her it was better to leave and reschedule for another day. I was appalled at Michelle's behavior. The woman was confused and left wondering what she had done wrong. She kept asking her Aide why did that woman yell at me, what did I do wrong?

So today started off bad but Juanita’s salon got me together. I explained what The Color Room did and they got me in immediately today. Someone canceled their appointment and they called me asap to get me in. Thankyou Michelle for taking the time to call me, salons need more people like you!! I will definitely be returning:)

Brandy did a wonderful job on my pedi. She told me up front they don't use shellac on toes. She did a wonderful job. My toes look great.I highly recommend. Give them a call and make an appointment.Several clients left happy with new hair dos too (I did not have my hair done just my nails-but they seems very happy).

So my sister went here on Tuesday to have balayage done. Brandy is the one who did her hair. She initially called back to have it fixed but decided that after them butchering her hair the first time she didn't trust that they'd do a good job fixing it so she called back to request a refund. She spoke to Michelle (who is the owner) who proceeded to call her rude and accused my sister of having had someone else or herself mess with her hair after she left the salon. Michelle claims she saw her hair before she left and it "looked great." I myself saw her hair only a few hours after she got it done and took pictures of it. She also got her eyebrows done and brandy waxed off a good portion of it (shown in photos) and Michelle accused my sister of also hacking her eyebrow off herself. I'm making the review because my sister is in fact no a rude person and didn't want to cause any problems. However I think this salon needs to be called out on their treatment of their customers. Brandy is not good at balayage and obviously not good at doing eyebrows. I absolutely do not recommend anyone EVER go to this salon. Let me also state that I wrote this review as nicely as I could not stating what I'd really like to say. I wouldn't even give this salon 1 star but had no choice. Awful awful place.
