Absolutely terrible service. While sitting in the waiting room, the receptionists or nurses can be heard laughing and talking about patients in the lobby. That is not only unprofessional but completely uncalled for.

The side where you get blood drawn, the women at the front desk were very unprofessional, took everything in me to not react.
