4447 Canton Pike, Hopkinsville“All is good up to and including Cendee and Kristy. Beyond them, we believe that some breakdown in communication occurred. We learned that the claim was improperly assigned in the upper chain of communications, and it took a strongly worded letter from Cendee at Kristy's office, to get any kind of action from the upper echelon. The original date of the accident was 23 August 2022, and through no fault of Cendee or Kristy, we have yet to know from Allstate as to whether our car was declared a total loss or whether our $500 deductible claim has come into play toward repairing the vehicle. As we needed some form of conveyance, and because the status of the claim was unclear/unresolved, we purchased a replacement vehicle from our own funds. We appreciate the efforts made at the local agency level, but we believe the claim was poorly handled. This created significant confusion for my wife and me, insofar as financial planning is concerned. Because of Cendee's good efforts, we will not be making any changes to our homeowners or automobile coverages.”
