I cannot say enough nice things about this collision center. They fixed my CRV Betty and made her look like new after I hit a Deer. Unfortunately I did not get pictures of her being all fixed because on the way to work the next morning less than 13 hours later I hate another deer. When I went in to show them the damage one of the sweet ladies who worked there cried with me. They feel more like family than they do a collision center with their kindness and understanding. Photos attached are of the 2nd deers damage. If insurance chooses to fix it again I will hopefully get to post the amazing after photos of their hard work!

The before and after photos show the amazing job they did repairing my car! It looked like the damage never even happened once they were done. I can't stop smiling, I'm so happy to have my car back. Everyone there was so helpful throughout the process. They answered all of my questions and explained the process and what to expect. I highly recommend them!!!

They ordered a front bumper in March and we still didn't get one but they charged the insurance company for one.

I've with them for 6 months due to my vehicle that was recovered after a theft. Let me start by saying every single staff member I spoke with was polite, kind, courteous, and compassionate. They went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of even when the insurance company was being a pain and the challenge of me being from Louisiana.

First I would like to thank Brad and Faith for customer service above and beyond. If either one of them tell you they will call you back you can believe them because they will. I am sure the whole shop is trying hard to make the best of a bad situation when it comes to getting parts. From what my husband says (he works in auto manufacturing) it is close to impossible to find people that want to work. This has affected many businesses. Brad kept me informed I’m a timely manner. Faith is super kind and polite each time I speak with her. I know there are many others behind the scenes. They all are excellent at what they do. My car has been went over with a fine tooth comb. They did a great job with my 2018 Ram laramie longhorn. Had to replace frame and most of the bed after being rear-ended. They were sure to check every detail. It took a while given supply chain and parts. But used only the best parts and tried to go above and beyond to make up for any little hiccups along the way.

A 2019 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid operated by the Tennessee Nashville Mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints had severe scratches in the rear passenger-side door. Two of our missionaries living in Hopkinsville took the vehicle to Hopkinsville Collision Center for an estimate. Rather than give an estimate, HCC buffed out the scratches and sent them on their way, all at no charge! We definitely will use their shop for all of our future body work.Service: Body & Trim
