Living out in the country, I thought I was stuck with slow satellite Internet with their caps for the rest of my life. Along comes EnergyNet, installing fiber down the back roads. Life couldn't be any better. I want to give a big thank you to EnergyNet for all you do!

The service is flawless, the cost is 1/3 of AT&T DSL, and employees are always prompt with answers to my questions. Our family is extremely grateful that Energynet has taken on the task to bring fiber to our rural area!

Signed up for internet service July 18, I received a text saying service would be installed by August 16. So in mid September when still not installed, I made a third call to inquire about the installation, finally spoke to someone that apologized and said he would get back to me the next day he did and I was scheduled for 2 weeks later. They came it didn't work, outside Crew came back checked. I had to call again to find out what happened. Now I'm told it will be fixed by the end of the week. Extremely annoying already lol if the service is not better than this experience I'm out
