The woman who works at this location named Nita is so INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! We are switching from T-Mobile to Boost and she has just been so catering as I needed her help navigating the website and getting set up online. She is the true definition of customer service! I'm definitely making the switch!

The Hopkinsville staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Stopped in for a bill payment and miss Nita was very helpful with giving me information about my account and she even offered to fix a few simple things with my phone. Great experience today!!!!

I came in the hopkinsville store to get off my daughter's plan and on my own. I'm on fixed income and was short on 40$ . Not only did the young man Lamar help me out he paid the 40$ and told me not to worry about it God Bless this young man... Boost you have a great employee and I will be bringing my grand kids to get phones from him .

We drove all the way from Cadiz to get info on ACP program. he not only helped me out tremendously... He was able cut my bill in half and was so respectful and well mannered . Boost y'all have a good one at Hopkinsville Store LeMar was the Bomb.
