My grandma got a fridge here and has had the worst experience. They’ve taken advantage of her because she’s old. The fridge has been faulty from the beginning, and they have given her a run around. Sending repairmen who never fix the fridge and they ignored the fact that it is just a faulty fridge they should take back. My grandma spent months without a fridge because of them. It’s unacceptable behavior. They also made her try to contact GE herself and get parts. She still doesn’t have the issue resolved. I would save yourself the hassle and go to Lowe’s. They won’t treat you like this.

NICE and CLEAN store. Very friendly staff. Lots of products to view ond choose from . Have lots of inventory on display on store floor. Well displayed and organized.

We called about a freezer and they had it in stock. When we got to the store they were professional and so courteous. We also had it delivered. Everyone was absolutely amazing.

They were friendly enough, certainly knowledgeable in the appliances they had on hand. Some of the appliances they advertised on Facebook, were not in the store to be looked at in person if you went to the store directly. Was told the product was back ordered. I purchased an entire 4 piece kitchen package. I did have a discount on one item, and spent relatively way cheaper than had I gone to a big box store closer by. My only issue was delivery. The delivery guys called before hand, of when they'll deliver it. However, there is no time frame, or even guesstimate on the time frame. I can certainly understand, but your day is left at their convenience of when they get to your house to deliver. I had a pleasant experience with the gentlemen themselves; very polite, helpful, accommodating to install the product. It was my understanding that at the time of purchase and upon delivery it would be installed all at once, but unfortunately when the delivery guys arrived I was told that they themselves were not certified to install microwave and dishwasher, and it was a liability issue to hook up the water line. They loaded up the old stuff, and that was it. Easy peasy on their part, but I still have to have dishwasher and microwave installed as well as water line to fridge hooked up. Thus leaving it with a 3 star review.

Within minutes of walking into Baldwin's they helped us pick a refrigerator, got us approved and a affordable payment plan. They even delivered it one day early! Can't go wrong with this company I can say we will be back!

The whole place smelled like smoke and the sales guy was pushing for me to get the most expensive washer. It was very "where's your husband little lady? He'll be able to make this decision but since he isn't here I'll pull one over on ya" kind of vibe. I felt icky and smelled like smoke as I left empty handed.
