I don’t even know where to begin. Karen Chiles is THE realtor. I can’t believe everyone isn’t using her. She’s far above the rest. She is always responsive she is diligent she is quick and she is patient as well. She knows what she is doing and she will not steer you wrong. She loves what she does and it really shows. I stumbled upon her and I really think she was a godsend. This woman has done so much for me and it was never really stressful thanks to her. She is now helping my significant other buy a house and my sister! I will recommend her to any and everybody. If I could keep buying and selling houses just to see her work her magic I would ? thank you Karen for all you do.

Karen is a wonderful realtor. Not only did he find the home we wanted , but she advocated for us in ways no others could. She helped my family get into an amazing home all while listening to our concerns and remaining patient with us in the process. I’d give more stars if I could. Thanks Karen !

We have bought and sold multiple homes with Rachel! She always has our best interest in mind and literally never stops working whether it’s weekends, holidays, late nights or early mornings. Anytime I needed to go to the office or call, the staff was friendly. I’d recommend this office to anyone!

I don't feel the agent representing me (as the seller) was for my best interest. Even after the closing date was not met (per, the buyer) - the agent still was looking out for the better interest of the buyer.

This agency was amazing. My husband is military and we got caught in all the covid mess and trying to pcs. They were amazing and understanding through everything. If we ever come back to the area we will rent through them. Everyone is so nice and treats you like their own family. I strongly recommend them to everyone.

I have worked with Ray and Camilla on buying and selling many properties. I have never had any problems with them and they have always met me on time if we had an appointment scheduled. They have communicated well during the buying and selling process and even given me gift cards to say thank you for using us. They are the only realtors I will ever use and I will recommend them to anyone.

Very rude and disrespectful. This place is unlike any remax I have ever rented from. Ray ownes about half the rentals in Hopkinsville, and his wife Camilla is the owner of this franchise. Both whom of which are born and raised locals who must be friends with the judge in order to get away with what they do. They told both new residents of the town homes they were never smoked in when in fact the two homes were heavily smoked in for 5+ years and only repainted the houses to cover it up. A sewer line busted leaving waste everywhere so our children didn't even have a place to play safely. His response was "if it's not safe then why don't you move". I can go on and on about how he neglects to take care of anything. Dishwasher, toilets, side panneling to the house, gutters, ac unit.... Every storm that hits us more and more gets ruined. Speaking of ruining things his son who is in charge of mowing the lawn has no respect for other people's property. They'll weedwack your lawn decorations, your car will be covered in grass everytime they mow, and they will throw away kids toys if they are left out. They don't follow a schedule so it's not like you can simply move everything before they come. You can't take Ray's word, get everything signed and dated because he will screw you. He promised to work with me while I went through a hardship and a few days later a sheriff came with a court summons for eviction, only gave us 7 days to leave with no advance notice. That's how he treats pregnant women with a child I guess. He claimed to have Alzheimer's which is why he's "forgetful" then had an excuse of saying he had Parkinson's, seems like he's making up illnesses as excuses.

very rude short with us couldn't help us with anything every time we call got told we would get a call by the end of the day and the blown off when we ask about getting another application for a co signer do not recommend this remax agency
