Small town, locally owned pharmacy where they know your name.I have even been told that prescriptions can't be filled because they can't be taken together AFTER a doctor didn't bother to read what was in my chart mistakenly prescribed!

This drugstore has been here in Hodgenville for longer than I have been alive. It is locally owned and operated. So yes please shop and support local merchants! They have taken such great care of me here. They are way more efficient than the major chain pharmacy retailers. They know your name and they fill your prescriptions quickly and accurately with a minimum of wait. I had used a major chain retail pharmacy and they messed up all the time,even with 48-72 hours notice. But Smith's has my prescriptions ready to go with minimal interaction and no delay. Even if my physician puts in a new prescription when I am at an office visit, Smith's generally has it ready before I can even drive home. Smith's notifies you via text if you opt in when your prescriptions are ready and you can request refills online too. I very highly recommend them!

Me and my wife switched from a large chain pharmacy to Smith's and love the fact that you get great prices, personal hometown feel and it also helps support local business.
