Family member hurt her back. We had the prescription from the doctor pulled up online and all the information. The young twenty year old drive thru lady refused to give us the medication because “it’s not showing up in our system,” even though it was showing up on our end. She refused to call the doctor to confirm, and gave us an attitude for wanting to get the pain medication.I understand you can’t give out prescribed medication without a prescription. That wasn’t the case here.UPDATE- after two attempts in the drive thru, we get a call back from our doctor. He’s on the phone as we walk into the store to get this situation resolved. They regurgitate the same nonsense. They get who I assume is the supervisor to deal with us. As the same drive thru lady go gets the supervisor, we hear him say “uh oh,” as if we were the ones inconveniencing them. He comes over and is speaking to the doctor on our phone. The supervisor says “you gotta call our store for a verbal prescription,” because taking it over our phone I guess isn’t good enough. Apparently right after our doctor hung up they ignored the first call, and picked up the second call. The entire time the drive thru lady is giving me dirty looks.Essentially, we did their job for them. If they had done their job, they would’ve said the first time in the drive thru “our system has been running slow, if you have your doctor call us we can get it taken care of, or we’ll call your doctor.” Instead, they said “we close at 7, we can’t give you the medicine,” and they did everything they could to make sure WE felt inconvenienced for wanting to get medicine to manage a very painful back injury. They offered no suggestions, they offered no compassion, they only kept repeating “we close soon, we can’t give you the medicine.” Unprofessional, uncalled for, unacceptable.Do better.

Tried to call them to ask if they had Eclipse glasses in stock still and I couldn't get past an annoying robot. Very frustrating

The staff are always rude. I had a prescription there delayed for 3 weeks. When I went in and asked about it all the girl said was we don’t cover it. Did not say call your insurance or anything. Checked on other refills a week later and noticed that the script that was delayed was no longer on there. Called them again, this time a nicer man apologized that it was deleted and said that my script would have to be filled through the speciality pharmacy and that he would get it taken care of that day. Fast forward another week no Medication and I called again only to talk to the same rude girl from before who says “I told you we don’t cover it” I then asked then what do I do, she said call your insurance. Cool got it, understood, but why couldn’t that have been communicated at some point over the last 3 weeks! Or offered to pay out of pocket. Why does one person say they will take care of the same script and another say it’s not possible. Then I asked for my daughter’s refill and asked if I could have it added to my account to get refills in the future. Same girl says I can’t do that, I reply is there someone there who can? Wait on hold for 5 minutes only to be told no one is there. I think you would know if the correct person to help is there or not before even placing on hold. Maybe if y’all smiled a little more at your customers and didn’t seem to have a attitude every time we come, people would continue to come there.

Worst pharmacy ever! Just left there , I was the only one in the lobby and waited 30 minutes for them to tell me one prescription they didn’t have after being told it was being prepared!!! Then the other they didn’t get from the doctor , called the doctor states pharmacy received on their end , the girl waiting on me never moved to go look! Just talking about going to a rodeo and her plans! While another girl says we don’t have it and yells have a nice day!!

My mom's prescriptions went here from Krogers. No place is perfect and some days you simply don't have the staff expected. All and all I've had a good experience with the pharmacy staff. Willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have the meds needed.

I shop at Walgreens often, at least I did. Walgreens is great as long as you keep your expectations low, dont get a rx or delivery. My last three delivery orders all were missing a second bag, sometimes more than half the order? Three out of three. My last order I specifically wrote in the substitution boxes to "please please remember to hand the driver all the bags". You would think they would double check the order before handing it off or even notice a $70 order feels a little light? The first time I figured things occur so no big deal. The second order it occurred again I thought I just had bad luck but the third time after I specifically made a note, 5 separate times And they still forgot? When I call they acted surprised I wouldnt be driving there to get the items? I had it delivered because I did not want to go anywhere doesn't driving to get the items seem pointless? My biggest gripe is delivery isnt just a nice gesture Walgreens provide but something customers are paying extra for. When a $50 order costs an extra $12 with delivery and tip, it is upsetting when I get $20 worth of items. This is just bad luck or Walgreen doesn't give a F@&$ about customers. Either way, I am done shopping there.

Incorrect hours on google, zero communication, medications not ready when they say they will be ready. Big time waster. I'll be switching to Kroger from now on.

Pharmacy is frequently closed due to them not hiring another pharmacist. It is usually the same 4 people there all the time. When they are open, service from the workers is excellent, but Walgreens needs to hire more to make this convenient for customers.
