I have lived here for couple years now and have my own business that utilizes this office almost every day. I have never had a bad experience. In fact the service here is always great, regardless of who is working. I'm so happy to have reliable resources for my business and can count on our local postal service.

Just dandy. Sometimes you have a perfectly average experience & if ever there was a location that where that would occur, it's the bastion of bureaucracy that's post office. Plenty of parking on the side of the building. Pretty small interior. Rather than have someone actually staffing the walk-up counter, they ask that you ring a cowbell for service. Seriously.

The worker on Saturday, 12/21/19 at noon told me they couldn't take my Old Navy return because they don't have the capability to scan QR codes. USPS prints QR codes on their receipts and their scanners are built with this capability. But he still refused (because he either didn't want to do it or didn't know how). He went so far as to say Old Navy doesn't know how USPS works despite Old Navy getting the code from a USPS webservice. So I went to the Ft. Thomas location and Denise just rolled her eyes when I told her this. She scanned the code without issue. Just go to a different location.
