This morning, I had to take my dog in for an emergency vet visit, and instead of going to Florence our usual office, I chose this location for the earliest available appointment. So happy I did. Dr. Meyers and the entire team were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. I was extremely anxious, but they handled everything with such kindness and care. Thank you all for the outstanding service and care you provided.

I just want to say how great T.T. is at the front desk in Highland Heights. She is always so professional and detailed. I have dealt with her on multiple occasions and she takes the time to listen to me and address my needs. I really appreciate her and her service.

When my loved ones and I walk into PetWow we’re always greeted immediately, and treated with care and respect. I’ve never gone into another veterinary clinic where such kindness, compassion and overall good knowledge and skills were offered to my fur buddies and me. I’m very grateful to have a caring compassionate veterinary/grooming clinic in the northern Kentucky area—thanks to PetWow’s capable staff.

Amazed I don't know their names but 4 of them worked on 10/16 @7:15am & they were above amazing. The care the staff showed was above and beyond & I’m overly satisfied!!! Thank yall for taking care of my baby Mr. kibbles as he was so nervous & scared.

It’s easy and flexible to make an appointment. We are always greeted when we arrive. All the assistants and doctors are easy to talk to and engage with our dogs. They listen to our concerns and collaborate with a plan when we have concerns. Dr Meyer is always happy to see us. She gets on the floor with our dogs to engage with them.

My kitty came home with no issues, directions on medication were very clear, employees were very kind and the office was very clean and nice. Couldn't expect anything better!
