Not usually one to leave a review like this. But I need to warn other people from my experience. I bought a jeep from this business the beginning of March. I take some of the blame because I ignored the red flags and I should have had a pre purchase inspection done but we were desperate and in a rush to get our child into a RELIABLE CAR. I emphasize reliable because he knew our situation, well enough that out child was with us and test drove it with us.
The jeep was dirty because it'd been used to transport dogs. We thought thought that with the high miles was why he'd ask so low (2800) I'm a cleaner I wasn't worried about cleaning it, though the smell was really bad and has actually come back now after 2 months of sitting broken down.
We explained that my previous car wasn't safe anymore that we saved our money to buy something we felt safe in. I didn't know this but later my bf told me he'd said "well I'd feel really bad if something bad happened when you leave" and he thought that was a weird thing to say after just talking up this car saying how good of shape it's in.
So the problems:
This man said he was responsible for the routine maintenence of this car for the previous owner. So he either 1. Just lied or 2. Is an awful mechanic. Because I, who only has a basic understanding of cars, after getting to drive this vehicle for I believe 2 days maybe one actually, was long enough for whatever he'd done to hide the problems wore off, was able to figure out he sold me a car that 1.had a bad and clogged heater core. 2. Had a bad temp sensor so I didn't even know it was overheating and that the coolant wasn't circulating, 3. The best part is the head gasket. The head gasket is cracked at the least and needs replace and the heads neework, too. 4. The cabin was filled with coolant from under the carpet for who knows how long (long enough for there to be rust) and it wasn't visible from the top of the carpet. Because it was entering from behind the carpet. 5. There was a mouse or rats nest all through the car mostly in the trunk but all the wires through the car were covered in bedding and cotton food etc. A fire hazard basically.
After finally getting a new sensor and seeing it wasn't not getting to temp like we thought it was actually over heating, everyday after work before driving I would release pressure from the radiator and put the over filled amount of coolant from the reservoir into the radiator because it wasn't pulling from there. One day I didn't do that and it over heated and the RESERVOIR CAP flew off from the pressure. Not the radiator cap. Drove it home been driven once since then.
Turned my dream car into a nightmare and I can't even finish everything else that went wrong because the comments to long now to fit. Had to finance a new car and put to much into this. Now we're trying to sell something nobody wants to touch cause we won't lie like he did. Do not trust this man. For maintenence or to buy a vehicle.. he offered no help at all agter we left when I told him the problems. It's evil what he did. If anyone needs more information reach out a lot more happened I can't fit here.

MOORES SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE VAN. THE ROOF LEAKED IN 2 PLACES AND IT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF SALE. WASN;T TOLD THE VAN HAD BEEN IN 2 ACCIDENTS EITHER. FALSE ADVERTISING AND ENTRAPMENT, THEY ARE LYING TO THE PUBLIC BY NOT DISCLOSING INFORMATION.THE BATTERY WOULDNT START AND I HAD TO GET A JUMP 2X WHILE TEST DRIVING THE VEHICLE. I WAS TOLD THE BATTERY WOULD BE REPLACED BEFORE I TOOK IT HOME. IT WASN'T. DIED 2 DAYS LATER AND HAD TO HAVE AAA COME OUT TO JUMP AND REPLACE THE BATTERY. THEY GAVE ME $100 TOWARD A $200 BATTERY.THEN IT RAINED AND I SAW THE VAN LEAKED IN 2 DIFFERENT PLACES.THIS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF SALE. THEY KNEW IT, THE VAN HAD SAT ON THEIR LOT FOR QUITE SOME TIME. THEY DELIBERATELY WITHHELD INFORMATION EVEN AFTER I HAD ASKED FOR A CARFAX, IT WAS NEVER GIVEN.ROB MOORE, THE OWNER, ALSO OFFERED TO FALSIFY THE SALE PRICE ON THE TITLE SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY AS MUCH IN TAXES. HE'S COOKING HIS BOOKS TO SAVE TAX MONEY AND NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. IF HE'S OFFERING IT TO ME, HE'S DOING IT WITH OTHER PEOPLE TOO.I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND TO RETURN THE VAN. THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE BBB, CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. MOORES TOTALLY FLEECED ME AND DELIBERATELY SOLD ME THIS VAN WITHOUT DISCLOSING ALL ITS PROBLEMS. I AM AN ELDERLY WOMAN AND WAS COMPLETELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THEY INTENTIONALLY SWINDLED ME. DO NOT BUY FROM MOORES GARAGE.

Rob has been taking care of my fleet of service vans for a couple years. He is always prompt to answer any questions I may have and gets my older fleet of vans on the road super fast after a break down. His guys do a good job fixing the issue the first time.
