Really no star!!!Never will I call these people we moved in to our sisters home wanted to put the account in my name the tanks had fuel in them they wanted to charge me for what what in there ...I call it double dipping so we said no they said they'd be out to pick up tanks ...I was gone when they came didn't call me to say we're on our waydude broke my pavers and denied it pictures in my review they left me a mess not to mention it's cold right now and our sister had paid for that gas hope you go out of business...soon won't be a need for propane you guys owe me pavers

Only went with this company because the propane price was the cheapest around. I initially called in the summer of 2022 to inquire about service and they had a technician come out to check my existing tanks. I have cameras around my house (as most people do) and I got a video of their technician peeing on the side of my house. When I called the office to address this, the lady on the phone told me that their guys are in the truck for a long time so he probably had to go. (I live by 3 gas stations). Fast forward to winter 2023 and I was reluctant to go with their service, but I didn't have a lot of options. I scheduled a delivery for today and since I wasn't told a total amount of what the cost would be I didn't have the funds transferred and my card was declined. I get a call from their lady in the office irate because "the guy has been waiting for 15 minutes". I apologized, explained I needed a total and they she ran my card successfully. Once my card went through she hung up on me. I work in customer service and manage 10 technicians in the field and courtesy/customer service is not that difficult. The customer service at MidWest is just absolutely awful and this will definitely my first and last season with this company.

Don’t use their propen tank is always leak or half tank and they charge 10 dollar extra for cycle rest always they say your tank is expired and over charge

I had new service installation and couldn’t have been more happy with the extremely courteous and professional service. Steve came and did an evaluation and let me know my options and costs ahead of time. Then they returned exactly at my appointment time and Steve and Willie installed a tank, lines , checked all safety issues , etc and had my new location warm in no time. They were very informative , helpful and professional and very much appreciated ! Thanks , Steve and Willie !

Normally do not leave reviews, but received awful customer service. Was told I can not purchase propane due to no error of my own. They failed to reach me earlier in the year, never received a phone call, or any sort of communication. Had called to change things over in my name and now are stating I did not. Have never heard of a company refusing to do business due to a communication error.
