Sydney & Bree were extremely helpful to my boyfriend & I who moved to Hampton Farms from out-of-state! If it weren't for them we would’ve probably been staying in a hotel until we found a complex that approved us! They both dealt with me nagging them everyday until we got our decision. They even helped me manage the stress of not knowing if we have a place to stay or not, by being extremely optimistic & very hopeful! Honestly though, Sydney sold us on Hampton Farms back when we toured in April, so we are extremely excited & happy to be moved in!

Hampton Farms was our very first home together and my husband and I absolutely loved our four years living here!!!
The staff is incredible - everyone we interacted with was always so kind and quick to respond and help however they could! The maintenance team surpassed our expectations everytime, fixing whatever issue we had within a few hours of placing a request and they were always polite and respectful when entering our home (and our cat loved getting extra attention and pets from them!).
The newly renovated apartments are stunning and the surrounding area was perfect for us with a Kroger within walking distance, sidewalks to walk and run, plenty of great restaurants and shops on Alexandria Pike and even more within 20min drive (Cincinnati, Newport, Crestview Hills all super close!).
It is truly a lovely and beautiful place to live and we will miss it! If we didn't have to move to GA for my job we'd have definitely stayed several more years!! Can't recommend Hampton Farms strongly enough - thank you all for taking such good care of us! :)

I wish I could rate this place 10 stars! All of their staff from the leasing agents to the maintenance team, are over the top with kindness and availability. Out of all the apartment complexes I've lived in throughout college and now, Hampton Farms is second to none. Great location, great amenities, phenomenal staff, I can't say enough wonderful things about this complex and the people who work here. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment in the northern KY area!

I have been here for the past 7 months. I'm pleased with not only the renovated unit that I live in, but the overall neatness of the complex as well. I have only had a handful of maintenance issues, which have all been resolved quickly by the maintenance staff, who are both friendly and professional.

Beautiful Apartments, High Energy Bills
These apartments are beautifully renovated with updated appliances and neutral grey wall paint. The furnace worked quickly (can be a bit loud) but would heat up the apartment fairly quickly in the winter. However, after only 8 months of living here, I am ready to leave, and thought I’d share my reasons so new applicants are aware of how their apartment *could* function.
PROS
1. Apartment deals with maintenance requests very quickly, usually same day if you put in the request soon enough.
2. Office staff are very kind and helpful and offer prompt responses to inquiries or issues.
3. They often hold contests or gatherings for seasonal events or holidays that everyone can participate in
4. Gym and pool area were fairly well taken care of from what I saw when I used them.
6. Appliances are up to date and function pretty well.
7. For being close to a college campus, the community is fairly quite and feel relatively safe.
8. Fairly Large dining/kitchen/living room for a small apartment
CONS
1. Expect your energy bill in the winter to be exorbitantly high. In the summer (August) keeping our apartment around 72-74 degrees during the day and 68 degrees at night cost roughly 70$. Keeping the apartment at 64 degrees during the day and 60 degrees when not in the apartment during the month of January nearly *quadrupled*, costing $266. To say it is ridiculous is a bit understated.
The apartment’s insulation is very old, (I believe built in the 80s/90s) so while it heats up quickly, it loses heat just as quickly, about three degrees per hour depending on outside temperatures.
I told the office about our issues and they added more weatherproofing to the front and back door and better caulked the door and windows, but our January bill (the $266) was AFTER that weatherproofing had been added. Our previous bill was $220 for December.
(NOTE: to be fully clear of the situation, I am on the far side and have mostly exterior walls, and due to the direction our windows face, we received very little sun throughout the year, this probably caused some of the temperature decrease, but certainly not all of it.)
2. You can hear your neighbors. (I am a downstairs rental) you can hear your upstairs neighbors moving around quite a bit, but you do learn to tune it out. Our side neighbors can also be heard through the walls of the bathroom, which is the connecting wall to the next unit. It’s not a major issue, but it can be annoying at times.
3. You can have a high powered shower or a long shower. We struggled to have a hot shower that lasted more than 8-10 minutes. After 2 maintenance visits which upped our max water temp, we opted for lower shower pressure to extend the length that the hot water lasts. Our showers can now be about 20-25 minutes without issue, but at half the water pressure. It’s not too weak, but worth mentioning.
I hope these pros vs cons were helpful to prospective rentals. I have no ill will to this complex, they have been very kind and as helpful as possible, but simply due to the buildings age and resulting poor insulation, I plan to switch apartments after my lease expires.

The indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, and it reflects the dedication of the maintenance team. They are not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. Any concerns or requests are addressed promptly, making the living experience hassle-free.
Choosing Hampton Farms has proven to be a fantastic decision for me. The combination of a well-designed space, cleanliness, and a responsive maintenance team has made it feel like a true home. I highly recommend Hampton Farms to anyone in search of a quality living experience!

This is a great community! The staff is so friendly, and when I had a plumbing issue last week the maintenance team was so great! They had a very quick response time and are so friendly! My dog loves that it’s pet friendly so she can make friends!

The newly renovated buildings are gorgeous and every detail was thought of in the process including outlets, shower rod, light switches, etc. The commute to NKU is very nice and convenient. The outside area is always landscaped and clean. The maintenance makes this place the best. Everything is fixed right away and they are so friendly.

Starting with the positives-The team and maintenance crew is absolutely phenomenal. They are so kind and willing to help out with whatever problems we had. The maintenance crew is there within minutes to fix what broke and never left a mess. I go to school at NKU so the location is great. The area and apartments area are always clean. The natural light in our unit is amazing.Negatives- The price for the space is ridiculous. My wife and I have a two bedroom and the second bedroom is just a den they put swinging doors on that don’t lock. We pay nearly 1700 dollars for 900 sq ft in a glorified one bedroom apartment. The layout in this specific unit is very very cramped. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all one room. Very basic furniture doesn’t fit. We reached out once, through the app just to see if it would work, about someone smoking weed every night in a nearby unit and our entire apartment smelled awful, we never heard back.Ultimately, we do hate leaving and we would have stayed for another year (possibly in a different unit) if the price weren’t so high. Other apartments in the area charge $300+ less a month for more space and significantly better layouts. If you’re splitting rent with 2-3 and you go to NKU or work nearby I would recommend living here if you get a better unit floor plan.

There are 3 ladies in the office and 4 maintenance personnel. None were working Thanksgiving Day (Not expected) but also the following black friday. Probably have a 4 day weekend. How much customer service are we getting when no one is working? Toilet clogged and they didn't even forward the phones somewhere. WTH?

Katie and Sydney have been such a pleasure, this is my first apartment and I had a bunch of questions! They took the time to answer every single one, and made sure my girlfriend and I were well taken care of. Katie even wrote Chloe and I a nice little note upon picking up our keys. They make hampton farms feel like home!
