I have been here for the past 7 months. I'm pleased with not only the renovated unit that I live in, but the overall neatness of the complex as well. I have only had a handful of maintenance issues, which have all been resolved quickly by the maintenance staff, who are both friendly and professional.

This is a great community! The staff is so friendly, and when I had a plumbing issue last week the maintenance team was so great! They had a very quick response time and are so friendly! My dog loves that it’s pet friendly so she can make friends!

The newly renovated buildings are gorgeous and every detail was thought of in the process including outlets, shower rod, light switches, etc. The commute to NKU is very nice and convenient.
