They were so gentle with my baby girl, petting and comforting her during her initial checkup. She didn't even flinch when she was administered the shots. When I dropped her off for the spaying procedure, and while I was walking out, I could hear the young lady speaking to her gently and lovingly. It warmed my heart to know she was in good hands and with professionals who genuinely love animals. I'm glad I chose them when I did my Google search. Thank you Southside for taking such good care of my cat, Tupoc.

Took my dog in to see the vet for continuous vomiting. Haven’t been a client here before. Doctor agreed to go ahead and see my dog! The doctor was very very thorough, examined the dog from head to toe, fed her some chicken to test and monitor her, gave a vaccination, plus 2 medications. I was in her office for probably 45 minutes or so. At the end of the visit, I went to the counter, had my debit card ready to pay (what would normally be a minimum of $75-100 if I were to guess). The vet looked at me and told me Merry Christmas! She didn’t even take a payment for her service to me and my dog! What a true blessing she and her veterinary practice is to Henderson!! I will pay it forward just as she did! If I could give 5 more stars, I would in a heartbeat!

I love Southside Animal Hospital, but the important part is that my dogs get out of my car and run to the front door because they love to go see their friends there!

I absolutely love these people, they got my sweet cat in, and performed emergency surgery the same day which saved her life. The vet even texted me updates and sent me a video after surgery so I could see that my fur baby was OK. I am forever grateful to these people and will never go anywhere else.

I walked in to get RX and nobody said anything to me. 2 girls were sorta busy. I waited about 5 minutes and surprise they gave me the RX! So they knew who I was and what I wanted! The one was nice as she gave me pills. Aside, I guess -- it would have been nice if they'd said "we will get your pills, when we finish" or "we will be right with you".
