“I always get loaded within 15 to 20 minutes the guys loading are always funny and very nice. I love picking up here at the henderson facility. Probably one of my favorite places to go because I know they are quick. My appointment time today was 1300. I arrived at 0900 and they loaded me as soon as I checked in. Just make sure your trailer is swept out before arrival. They will reject your trailer if it's not swept out or smells nasty. It's common sense. I come here often and I have never had a bad experience. Plenty of room to back after checking in they will have you pull into the dock. Then you will go back inside to inspect the trailer with an employee. I would give them a 10 star review if they had 10 stars. Just treat them with respect and they will do the same”

“I was at the UPS store to print and mail some documents by express mail to Canada. Ms. Charlie helped me with printing several pdf document that were saved in unusual paper size. It was difficult navigating the printer screens, but she diligently worked the printer and got the documents printed and mailed them for us. She is a problem solver, was very helpful and has a pleasant personality. Hats off to her.”

“I utilize the HENDERSON store frequently and when I say frequently, I mean at least three or four times a month. Never have I been treated rudely or dismissed. In fact it’s just the opposite. The two ladies that I have encountered working behind the counter have always been pleasant, respectful and very efficient and the owner also is a very nice man and goes out of his way to help his customers. In my opinion UPS Henderson provides excellent service.”
