Have tried to get ahold of Mitchell on multiple occasions by leaving voice-mail (because no one is ever there) and even stopping by during supposed business hours, both to no avail. We've had to call other agents (that we don't pay a lot of money to, like we do him) to get answers on our policies. Would give zero stars if able.

I am treated with respect at the Deep Agency. Recently I reported an accident and later had questions.about the process with the adjuster. Mr Deep addressed them by reviewing the process being followed reassuring me everything was being handled and my vehicle would soon be repaired. Allstate means it when they say we are in good hands.

I highly recommend Mitchell Deep, Allstate. I hit a deer last year and my claim was settled and paid within a week. The entire process was fast and very professional. Mitchell and Mary Beth are the best. Also my insurance premiums were much lower than my previous agent. Five star agency !!

Allstate is a great company. We had a fire in January and the they re did our whole house better than before. I highly recommend them. Plus their policy prices are lower than a lot of places. I also have my cars insured there.

Mitchell Deep Insurance is certainly the place to go in order to save yourself some money. By bundling auto, home and a life policy it’s worth the effort of changing. Meribeth and Mitchell make the process easy and worthwhile. So glad Allstate is available!

I recently switched to Allstate from another insurance agency. Not only did they save me almost 100/ month, it was a real pleasure speaking to the staff. MeriBeth went above and beyond to assist me and was friendly and professional.

My drivers license was suspended for weeks due to the incompetence of this Allstate Agent. I had to file a complaint with Allstate Corporate Offices, and the situation is currently under investigation with the Indiana Bureau of Insurance. I was involved in an accident that was no fault of mine, but the state of Indiana requires that your agent provide proof of financial responsibility to the BMV after all accidents for which a police report is filed. I notified Mitch of the BMV's request, he assured me it would be taken care of and that he knew what to do. I received a letter a month later stating my license had been suspended because of lack of proof of insurance. Mitch took no responsibility for the situation and had an uneducated, under supported agent in his office address the situation. It was two weeks from the time I notified them of the suspension until they were able to submit the appropriate documentation to the BMV. I became a customer of the Mitchell Deep Agency when a friend of mine was employed at this Allstate agency. She left shortly after I signed my policy. I received many savings for being a responsible safe drive and had no reason to switch from Allstate...until this spring. I advise you pick a different Agent.
