I ordered some steel roofing online--a total of 10 sheets. I received an email saying the order was ready so off I went to the store. When I got there nothing was ready. I ended up having to go back to the corner of the store where they had a cart partially filled with my items.
Every single item on the lumber cart was damaged beyond use--this is galvanized steel roofing and there were creased bends across the edges and sometimes the middle of each panel; there's no way to iron out the damage on this kind of material.
I tried to go through the rest of their stock but they had stacked up multiple pallets of sheetrock in front of the metal and a worker and forklift driver were looking at me VERY impatiently without the slightest inclination to help me find good ones. After a few minutes I couldn't locate any good panels from their stock and had to cancel the order.
I can't believe they were going to give these panels to a customer. I almost ordered delivery for $79--I'm glad I didn't.
Really disappointed. They were obviously gaming the system trying to get low order fulfillment times at the customer's expense.
Suggest going to the East SIde Evansville Lowe's. There's something wrong with the one in Henderson, KY.

It's Lowes, what can you say. It's a big chain with everything. The staff is all you have to worry about here. The staff here is very nice. Not all of them are very knowledgeable about the store though. I'd say about 60% are. The ones that are are very good though

Absolute terrible service all the way around!
Nothing I wanted was in stock, which was fine. I asked multiple employees including a manager if the credit line I was opening was a hard or soft inquiry because I'm trying to buy a house. Let me remind you I asked multiple employees and multiple times, and they confirmed it was a SOFT inquiry. So I proceeded, and was told to pick up a week later on a Sunday. Ok great. Get home and noticed it was in fact a HARD inquiry, so I immediately call the store to speak with a manager, "We are in the middle of a tornado warning" and Hung up on, I'm in the same county that was NOT under a warning. Fast forward to day of pick up, I call to get ETA and now it is not coming until tomorrow when everyone is unavailable. This is by far the most terrible service I have received in a long time. So be very aware and keep a backup plan, when purchasing from here. Do better!

We bought a roll around tool box tonight we got it home and the box was torn and the toolbox had a dent in the corner so you could not put the wheel on it. Took it back a few minutes before 9:00 PM and the girl at the return desk told us they could not do anything because it was time to close,, she said she called her manager and he told her we needed to come back the next day to resolve this ..
she handed me my receipt and said have a good night,, Now let me say there were 7 to 8 employees all very young standing around. No help I asked if there was another one we could switch out. No help.. Thanks Lowes for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
