If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I heard Jay say Americans are bad for business. While watching his employee trim there finger nails over a fryer. He always goes to his liquor store side to cuss and argue with his employees. When I say argue it's full out screaming matches. He doesn't value his customers or employees. If you feel unappreciated then odds are is your not appreciated. The only reason his business does well is because he leaches off ppl. Its honestly sad to see he has it all and his employees have nothing. Go to beverage barn the owner actually invests in his employees and betters there lives

Called earlier this evening to confirm that they were open 24 hours and made a 35 minute trip (one way) so my fiancé could buy her first drink at midnight for 21st birthday. Closed. Guess the phone number is for the gas stations but that’s not my fault

Nice clean environment. Well lite with organized displays for easy to find things. The employees were very nice and friendly. Worth the stop most definitely.

I have bought probably $2,000 of bourbon from Js over the course of a few trips to the store so I was pretty disappointed in this.J’s sold me two bottles of Blantons on Thursday June 30th. The bottles were out of the box but the owner Jay assured me this is how they come to them now. The bottles were secured in my vehicle and after we got home we realized that the cork had come out of one of the bottles and the bourbon had spilled out. After we inspected the seals on both bottles we realized the wax seal on both bottles were not actually sealed and both corks were not secured although the wax tabs were still in place. I returned to Js liquor and attempted to return the bottles. I was told I could return the full bottle but not the one that had leaked. Jay told us we would have to come back Tuesday to speak to the “Blantons Rep” for a refund but he couldn’t tell us what time to come. I think he said this because he knew we were from out of town and wouldn’t be there Tuesday. It is obvious both of these bottles were tampered with and multiple customers voiced complaints at the situation and left the store. Jay became angry said he would not refund the bottle even if Blantons or the ABC told him to because I had lost him customers. I am not sure if Js Liquor is even allocated Blantons or if these were used bottles that had been refilled with something and resold.There has been a complaint filed with Blantons and KY ABC Enforcement I guess we will see what happens

If you are ever locally looking for broken sull lager this place has it. Cheaper than beverage barn too! Cashier was friendly and welcoming. Selection overall here is great. I just came for this beer. Will certainly be back!
