“I made an appointment to talk with Steve at E J Mabry insurance because my rates, with another company, had gone up considerably over the last couple of years. I wanted to compare rates. I remember E J could write policies from multiple companies, and if there were lower rates, he could help me.I had my ducks all in a row, so I could compare apples to apples on coverage. We went through all the policies, and I think I was able to answer all of Steves questions as we went along. Bottom line overall, I wasn't able to save any significant money by changing companies. Steve was very straight up with me. He didn't try to talk me down on coverage to save a little money or pressure me into changing companies. If anything, just the opposite. He reassured me that the company I was with was a good company, and the agency I was with was good people.I think E J would be proud of his grandson Steve.
