Had a great experience with H&R Block in Henderson Ky. Very fast and smooth experience. However the preparation fee was a little steep. $174.00 only to get $116.00 back. Need to find a way to charge better fees.

The receptionist answering the phone was terribly loud and VERY rude!! I ended up hanging up on her after she raised her voice several notches to me! Will probably change my tax preparer company come next year , I won't tolerate such treatment for the kind of $ they charge!!
