We cannot thank Grant Beavin enough for his excellent customer service! Also a great shout out to the Floor Sales Manager and the Finance Manager who were able to work through our challenges and get us into an SUV that is practically brand new!!! We had multiple financing options and they were able to get us a much lower interest rate than we had on our current vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend you go see Grant Beavin at Henderson Chevrolet! You will be absolutely thrilled!!!!

My wife took my truck in to have the tires broke down, equal taken out of them and then balanced. She sat there for 4 hours (they knew she was waiting there for it). After 3 1/2 hours she went out to check on it and saw it sitting outside, asked if it was ready and they said yes. It was another 35 minutes before she went out again and asked if she could pay so she could leave. She paid and left. After I drove the truck and noticed that the tires did not feel balanced I looked for the wheel weights and couldn’t find any on any of the tires. She took it back the next morning and told them she wanted to watch them pull it in the bay, lift it and show her the location of the wheel weights so she could get to work. They asked her to sit in the lobby and she did for a minute and went out to the truck and sat in the truck and when the service department tried to lock the truck while she was sitting in it they came out and told her they were refunding her money because the job was not done. I do NOT recommend the service department for repairs. My wife and I will not be back and we will tell our experience to others.

I am so disappointed. The CARFAX showed no wrecks. The vehicle looked and drove nice for 2017. I bought this yesterday and today I noticed that the bottom of the rocker panel has a rusted out HOLE that is huge!!! I bought this to take my son to travel baseball. I paid cash with my hard earned money!!! This is not something I would see or know about. The only reason I noticed it was because something was hanging down when I opened the door and there is a huge hole under the rockerr and rust!!! I am single and have no one to rely on. I needed this and now am stuck with huge repairs and will have to go without a vehicle I just paid for! They knew this!! CARFAX was clean. No wrecks. Showed a fuel pump was replaced. Now I’m stuck in my opinion a weak structural vehicle to drive my son around in!!’ Because it’s not going to get better!!
