Had to have my fur baby put to sleep at 18 she had lived a good life. Everyone was so kind and compassionate didn't rush me or anything I Love this place

Absolutely the worst vet you could go to. Long story short I don’t have a lot of money just wanted the medicine to help my animal and they refused to give it. They rather let my animal die than give me his medicine to treat him. When I asked her questions she blatantly ignored me, so I simply asked so you can’t answer my questions? Her response is I can’t help you (with attitude). Highly don’t recommend coming here and I’m switching vets asap!

I have been going to Dr.Overstreet since 2006, and Dr Alka since she graduated. i would never take my babies anywhere else, to be honest I would trust Oversteeet with my human children. the man is compassionate and full of knowledge. i'm an established patient but a friend was not and facing 2 dr saying out the cat down. i called both Dr overstreet and dr alka for a 3rd opinion and they performed surgery the very next morning and the cat is doing amazing. 7 year old cat wasn't ready to be put down. they didn't have to take on this case for my friend or squeeze me in but they did. exceptional service always

It's been a while but this use to be the place I would always take my furbabies the man that ran it was nice and never said anything out of line. The brunette girl took his place and now it is a terrible place to take your pets. I went in with my cat and my significant other simply asked her a question as to what she thought was wrong with her ears.. I had already assumed it was ear mites but she said hold on I will be right back... apparently while she was away she ran a lab test and confirmed it was ear mites and that would be 50 dollars added to the bill... At the time we only had enough for the visit and just wanted questions answered.. she threatened that if we didn't pay then we couldn't take our cat home. Which led me to have to beg a child vet to let me take her home.. she was arrogant, rude, smug and I would never take another animal there ever again.

They fit my fur babies in the day before the 4th of July to at the very least get an accurate weight and to help me pill them for parasites despite being absolutely jam packed from the windows to the walls with appointments. I am so very grateful for it. I can't recommend them enough!

A few months ago my husband and I brought our dog here. We’ll never go back! Didn’t care for the service provided at all. Unfriendly and unprofessional. It is understandable a pet may experience some effects after vaccinations, but our little fella was not well for a week after the vaccination shots given, throwing up, loss of appetite, excessive fatigue.
