“We We're on our way to a memorial service and our vehicle started acting up so we pulled in to be BW Rentals in Henderson Kentucky. We were able to rent a small SUV and be on our way and although we ran a little behind because we didn't know where we were going the vehicle was great that we rented comfortable and clean and we were able to return it the same evening on our way back home we are so appreciative that there was someplace we could actually stop and rent a vehicle at the last minute since they were open till 6 PM”

“I had an accident and needed a rental car, I called into enterprise and made reservations and showed up at the Henderson Ky location just minutes before closing and was helped immediately by a gentleman there. I was appreciative of all his help and support and the fact that he stayed after a few minutes longer to put me into a car. Now the rental, it was filthy. Had not been vacuumed or washed after previous rental obviously. Gravel, dirt and grass in floorboard. Crumbs and such in the seats. Filthy middle console, I was hesitant to touch much in the vehicle other than the steering wheel. The car was nice other than that. Upon end of lease I did the after hour return however wasn’t able to return car until 7am the next morning (this location opens at 8am) due to planning of pick up from rental location. I was charged another full day of rental for this. Had I known I would be charged another day for bringing the vehicle in after hours yet before they opened that day then I would have kept the vehicle the full day. So now that is two unapproved strikes against this company. Dirty rentals and the extra charge for a few hours over lease agreement due to not being able to find a ride so late. It is what it is. I still give them a hesitant 4 stars only because the gentleman I rented from was above and beyond accommodating and very nice.”
