They got some good things in there with low prices. Only thing is I can't hardly find skirts, they are either way too long or way too short. They get new things in all the time. So if you see something you like you better get it while you're there because it may not be there when you return.

I've NEVER had a problem until today (10/6/22) i was looking for a few outfits for some matching photos, I had my 2 young children(under 2yrs old)with me so I had my stroller and diaper bag. I've had issues with sizing in the past so I wanted to try on the clothes before I bought anything I made 2 trips to the changing room and the 2nd time I left the clothes inside and without missing a beat the security announcement was made as I stepped away from the dressing room. I chuckled a little not too worried, I did find an outfit for my daughter and as I was going to check out and leave I wasn't asked for my phone number for my rewards(no biggie) but as soon as I got to the door I heard the clerk at the register tell them to check the changing room, not gonna lie now I'm offended by the accusation, I don't make it to my car before I go back in because I forgot to purchase some new sunglasses and I hear the clerk tell security that I came back in like i was coming back for more. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO HEATED BECAUSE AT THIS POINT IM BEYOND ANGERY, I did nothing except try to shop and to be treated this way is straight appalling.The only reason I didn't cause a scene was my children and the other woman working the front was clearly trying to calm me before I did.so thank you to her I wish I knew her name. She was very polite and the only reason this review has a single star.

My daughter and I decide to check Burkes Outlet out, first time. The store in itself is neat and well set up. That is nice!! I realize thieves are a problem and employees have a job to do, worked in retail a long time and experienced it, but there are still honest people in the world. So be reasonable in efforts to monitor and treat people respectfully. My daughter and I were simply enjoying an afternoon together shopping and certainly was not going to just rush through the store. As I stated, there are still honest people in the world. However, I feel like we were treated like shoplifters. So, a very good suggestion for the manager and some employees at Burkes Outlet, be reasonable in your efforts to monitor people. They were very obvious, rude, and annoying. Remember, customers contribute to your pay. We intended to buy and we did. Certainly not there to steal or anywhere else. More than likely we won’t go back because of how the manager acted.

Great place to buy a variety of clothes at reasonable prices. They have a good men's department as well with prices that are a lot lower then most of your department stores, especially on shorts and t-shirts . The Cashier/Employee (Courtney) that rang me up was very friendly, professional and nice on the eyes if you know what I mean.....Mama Mia! :-)

Nice store great prices and very helpful staff. The only downside is they don't have a lot of men's items.
