“I set up a bank account here and I was very impressed! This bank has a new branch manager. She helped me set up a checking account. She even helped me link my pay card, and my PayPal to my account.She also provided me with photocopies of terms and conditions of multiple credit cards. Everything about this meeting was easy to understand and beneficial to me.The branch manager was honest, really nice and was happy to help me understand how everything works. “My review is this: Of all the times i've visited this particular branch, on Barrtet Blvd., i've only had one "questionable" experience, which I would call less-than "Friendly," & it wasn't even that big of a deal. I simply asked about them faxing something, and the lady in the office said they now charge a 5$ fee to fax even my one page paper. That annoyed me a bit, to be sure, considering i've been with them for some time now. However, I saw the branch manager outside, and asked him about them charging 5$ for even a 1-page fax, and he immediately took my paper, and told me he would fax it without charge...Problem SOLVED. Other than that, every call to this branch, & every visit has been 100% Friendly, Professional, Helpful, & Good Experiences. Further, if you're like me, and you VALUE/RESPECT the U.S. Constitution, including the 2nd Amendment, then you also value/respect Businesses that support & respect the Constitution/2nd Amendment, which this bank, or at least this Branch, absolutely does. I always carry a firearm where lawful, for defense of self, and others. The bank is no exception. I mostly Open Carry my firearm, & my bank is no exception. I have carried openly inside this bank, 99.9% of the time I have gone into this branch, and not once has there ever been an issue (I'd hope not, with a name like Independence Bank, referring to history). The branch manager specifically responded to my question about my carrying my firearm inside with affirmative support for the laws, and rights of "We the People." I don't have a lot of money moving through that bank branch, honestly, but I DO have a Lot of Respect for that Branch, & for their Respect for my/our rights. Contrary to some people's lack of understanding, purposeful ignorance, or misinformation, there is no law preventing you from carrying a firearm into a bank in the state of Kentucky, & the same rules & regulations of any other private business, such as door postings about firearms, etc., is applicable, in most scenarios. If you're looking for a bank, or at least a branch of a bank that seems to have support for Constitution/Rights (Lost on too many sheep/leftists these days) then i'd recommend the Independence Bank on Barret Blvd. The best bank/branch i've personally ever experienced.”
