We reserved a car, but received an suv … probably because they didn’t have the car we reserved. It was mostly a hands off experience picking up and dropping off.

I did the online pre-check in + pick your car online. My car was immaculate and in great condition. Drop off was just as easy and the staff were great. They didn't make me feel rushed which was a nice change of pace compared to other places I've rented from
