Very Disappointed, I went in for an oil change and my air conditioning was not working. They changed the oil and charged the a/c. When they were getting ready to pull the car out the a/c blew. I was told that they needed to order a $150 hose and it would be in a couple days. I called every couple days looking for an update. I kept being told that they were waiting on the ups truck for that day and they would give me a call. Well first I was told they sent the wrong hose. Never heard anything so finally went somewhere else. It ended up being Steve's forgot to put the $5 clamp back on the a/c line. So I had to pay $220 more for a $5 clamp Steve's did not put on correctly.Services: Air conditioning

These guys are awesome. Highly recommended for the big stuff. Need turbos replaced in your BMW? Can do. Transmission in your Silverado? No problem. AND they charge you for how long it takes to fix, not some crazy number of hours out of "the book." Tell them Ron with the BMW and Silverado sent you!

It was my hubby's experience. They fixed the hood latch on our truck and didn't even charge Larry bc it was such an easy thing to do. He's very happy and will be using the shop again to fix the AC unit.

We are travelling from out of state. our truck broke down. Steve's was fantastic. They fit us in the same day and gave us a ride to the Creation museum so we didn't miss out. They even picked us up when we were done. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you!
