  0 Stars. According to the rest of the reviews, his profession is treating people poorly for no reason. Got loud with me and cursed me out, only because I was matching the energy he was giving me. I asked this dude if he was okay today and he just snapped! Seriously if you don't like what you're doing find another job! You're in customer service for crying out loud. Nobody deserves disrespect.

  Tried to tell me that, he couldn't add my fuel rewards since he's already pressed the total button. Didn't even ask me and I know that's bullshit. So I didn't get my 5cents 😒

  Not for the gas station, in the supermarket next to it Abu Abdullah is amazing man, first person to come across in Cincinnati and he gave a great vipe of the city

  We arrived right around 11:45 and they were closed. Its not open 24 hours don't waste your time. This is not the first time either.

  I have stopped in the Shell gas station since it’s near the CVG airport, to go to the bathroom, buy snacks, get gas, & the like. Today, the man/cashier/owner since he’s there every time I stop in must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed ?because he was so rude and gruff to me, more so than normal too I might add. I try to be nice & put a smile on his face before I leave since I am in Customer Service & know how to treat people. Someday’s it works, most days it does not. This guy should not be in customer service, or behind that counter, or in business for that matter with the way he acts & treats his customers. He’s rude, not just to me, but every single person. He told me to leave the parking lot today because I can’t sit there for more than 5 minutes!! I have given them so much of my business it’s unreal in the last year in a half. This guy & and their business which is ultimately representing Shell gas station won’t stay in business long with his demeanor, ???I feel sorry for Shell.

  Average Shell gas station with slightly higher prices, most likely due to the proximity to the airport. Convient location but has an odd entrance. Otherwise was acceptable gas station.

  The cashier was very rude. Cussed me to my face, i will never go back. My fellow Trans people do not go here.

  Google says Open 24hrs. Pulled in at 5:45am and this place is a ghost town. No lights, no one inside the store. Posting the correct hours of business would be helpful.

  Station is Ok since its very close to the airport but always the Shell application doesn’t work

  This is a shell station. We stopped and got gas while waiting for our plan to arrive while we were in Cincinnati. This is just an OK gas station. It does not feel very friendly or warm in the bathrooms are pretty gross and nasty to be honest.

  Super convenient for gas when you're returning your rental car. The store, hiwever, is a bit of a hot mess. They have tons of stuff and the prices weren't bad. But the store looks like someone drove the delivery truck into the building, ran into every shelf along the way, then distributed new items using the same technique that Lebron uses to powder his hands before a game.

  Awful. I asked to enter my rewards at checkout for the promo. He made the screen skip it and told me to put in my card, I said I need to enter my number he got verbally irritated and removed all items and he said “never mind”,I looked at him, I said what? He said “don’t look at me”. I left all the items as he refused to ring them back up. And here is the review I said I would do.

  My friend asked if they have sandwiches and the guy (same in pictures posted in these reviews) said “look around, if you find something buy it. If you don’t find anything, leave”. I asked why he talked to her that way and he said it’s not his job to tell her where something is. He said “I work here behind the counter, anything out there is up to you”. He said these things in a yelling voice. It was quite alarming behavior. I assume that he’s the owner because there’s too many reviews about this guy and anybody who was a worker would have been fired. I don’t understand why Shell allows this individual to own a store under the Shell brand.
