A great experience from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor and entire staff were patient, informative and kind to our family. They answered all our questions and provided helpful information as we are new to the area.
I highly recommend them for all veterinarian needs.

We use to live locally but have since moved south 45 mins away. I still make the drive to bring the fur babies. Only place I feel comfortable taking them.

Just spoke to a Livonia / receptionist who was so rude. We have been with Dr Darby for years. I have 3 Chows and spend a huge amount of money at this vet. So sad that one $10 per hour employee just lost the business of 3 Chows. Do not ever expect to speak to a doctor or tech just to get a question answered, when they can call back at a convenient time. Looks like I am taking them to the clinic now, where at least they have compassionate staff who are eager to address concerns without wanting you to make a $60 vet visit in 4 days.

We can’t say enough good things about Hebron Animal Hospital, and Dr. Meagan Darby.
We had a very chaotic, traumatic situation happening with our elderly diabetic dog, Bandit. Hebron was the last office I called, as they offered in-house lab work and the other offices we had visited do not. We needed answers quickly, as to not make Bandit potentially suffer any longer than he already had, through two weeks of severe pancreatitis and infection.
We had taken our boy to so many places and left feeling like they saw us as nothing but a money sign. We couldn’t get answers and the recommended treatments were surrounded by question marks on if they’d do anything at all.
RIP to our Care Credit card.
By the time we visited Hebron Animal Hospital, we knew it was more than likely the end of the road. We were devastated.
Dr. Darby and her team were efficient, patient, kind, understanding, and most of all, informative.
They gave us more answers in a shorter period of time than any of the four other clinics had in a span of two weeks.
Empathizing with total strangers, they didn’t rush us. They reminded us more than once to take our time. Dr. Darby didn’t hesitate to repeat her findings multiple times, and answer every question we had.
We are very wary of Veterinary Clinics. We’ve had terrible experiences more than once, especially recently. My only regret of Hebron Animal Hospital is that we didn’t visit them sooner.

Dr. Lloyd and the rest of the staff have been amazing over the years especially with my dog being as nervous as he is. Can not recommend them enough.

We have been going to Hebron Animal Hospital since 2010. They are professional and friendly. They listen to your concerns about your pet and act accordingly when needed. They feel your pain and loss when you have to make the hard decision to let your fur baby go and celebrate when you get a new furry friend. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary specialist.

Have been going here since around 2020 and have good experiences each time. Staff is friendly, all doctors we’ve seen have been great!! They’re all thorough, kind and caring.
I pass several other vet offices on our 20 min drive to get to Hebron but I will gladly drive the extra time to receive the care my pets get at Hebron Animal Hospital.
More recently Dr Bueter was great with my nervous, anxious dog that was suffering with an allergic issue. She took the time to consider her needed treatment and was so kind in remembering her when we returned today for a follow up and additional issue.
Dr Bueter was kind, caring and sweet to our anxious baby.
I would highly recommend Hebron Animal Hospital for pet care.

I will recommend this vet to everyone I can. We had to put our sweet dog, Christmas, to sleep today. Everyone there was so kind and very gentle with us, our baby, and the entire process. Especially Dr. Phillips and the vet assistant, Maddayson.. It was very comforting to feel so cared for during such a difficult time. Our heart breaks for our sweet Christmas but very thankful the staff gave her an amazing last hour. ??
