The management team changes more than I change my shoes. I would say something in team chat, for example, "Whoever is updating my open tickets and you never talked to the person please don't click 1 button and not make any notes... it puts the ticket now to the bottom of my pile, and I should have called them days ago. " Then Level 2 would complain to our boss that I'm rude and disrespectful to the team. So the boss hears that... calls me and is telling me how I can't tell people what to do in chat. He was very stern right from the beginning... I explained to him who was doing it and let him know the person didn't call in, so n so didn't call or email the person... there are zero updates on my tickets. Here are 3 of them... so once they update it... it goes to the bottom of my queue, and I don't call them or check on them. The boss says "Well I hear one thing from my level 2s, then I call you, and what you're saying makes total sense." Then he messages one of the people doing it... then proceeded to tell me, "Oh, he is doing it because it's been open 3 days... and one was open 6 days and we are getting dinged." I told the boss to read the whole ticket it should be open and we should be dinged because I've talked to the people who fix it a few times, and they haven't fixed it... it is our fault! I think we have to call people and update them. We are still working with someone... not hit a button to not "go red." We deserve the red we deserve it because we haven't fixed the issue... and it will be in my queue for 20 days if he keeps hitting a button after my weekend...Every manager there has 2 to 5 teams, so no team is getting the full benefit of even having a manager... being able to say hello, get to know them... people working are just robots and must meet all goals.

After 4 years with this employer, I was dismissed for the reason of attendance. I had to drive my disabled wife to and from her medical appointments twice a week. I made up that time by working after hours until a change of management. Since I was not a customer-facing employee and the facility was open until 9 pm. The replacement manager requested a medical note/excuse for each of these instances when he knew of my wife's condition. I had some difficulty due to the fact that my wife's doctor wasn't readily available due to his being an on-call physician. What started out to be a considerate understanding employer, devolved into a bureaucratic nightmare, I used my PTO until it was depleted, and then had to take unpaid time off to facilitate the time afterward. The manager, whom I had recommended for him to be promoted seemed to have forgotten the history of my need to be absent although I always made up for it. Pomeroy had/has no sick time or medical leave in place.

The company is a joke - No Raises unless you sit around and do nothing, yeah seriously they promote slackers over hard workers. The people that sleep on the job, stare at phones, play games, draw 4+ hours a day ignoring users that need help get told they are great techs and then they will probably get promoted getting a raise. Others steal credit for work that the good workers do. HR does nothing about any of it, reporting it to them is a waste of time. Lazy employees were allowed to work remote while those that worked were not. This company deserves to loose the contract and their employees deserve better, this environment is 100% created by management and could be rectified but the only thing that matters is the almighty dollar. Some of their contracts might be good to work on but working at Whirlpool for Pomeroy was a joke, the CEO of Pomeroy says they can't afford raises and are working on it, then they hire for multiple new positions that didn't even exist, well where did that money come from. Must have come from a magic money tree. The company costs Whirlpool lots of money each year due to their inability to do IT Support, they can't even keep the computers updated to latest version Whirlpool Supports, users are trying to work with computers that blue screen regularly, many getting terminated due to our company doesn't know how to make a computer run good and eventually their managers think the users making it all up to avoid working when in reality they are lucky to do much on a PC I can see is out of date, experiencing driver crashes constantly, just pathetic. Unless the user has a VIP next to their name solving their issues aren't really of any concern either. They hired a new tech, didn't train him good then piled all the work on him letting Sr Techs just sit there all day doing nothing, so I kept reaching out to him offering help but he said he was okay, then he provided management with an honest no BS letter of resignation and they terminated him on the spot. Great way to care for your employees, the guy's father had just died recently as well, Pomeroy we care, yeah I see that, corporate cares about money going into their pocket and the share holders, after that they will walk over you.Need help from management, you usually heard crickets majority of the time, heck I was more of a manager to many of my team than our management was. Here is a good one too, management told a coworker to wear a mask during the pandemic that I had already been wearing, we both looked at each other like What The @#%#. Yeah they care about their employees.

I want to know if the CEO of this Company knows that this person named Rebecca Earls and her husband is running around saying that they own the Company of Pomeroy

I've worked with Pomeroy for over eight years and they have a great team of people. Their dedication to new technology and customer service is impressive. I'm glad to see them grow and employee more local people.

This place was so not nice to work at, that I actually came back to write a review. Completely not good business model - they let go people for the most dubious of things. The seating area is just a giant warehouse turned into a call center. That wouldn't be nearly enough if I didn't have 2 of the managers I worked with, along with other employees I knew, let go for small reasons. They would monitor your calls and have you in trouble for things that were absolutely small like spending too much time on hold. When you ask, "what should I do when I am fixing their problem then?". They would just say "make small talk". wow..I hope this place goes under! I'm serious. I do not like this place. But I check up on it occasionally and I see they got bought and sold at one point. I would avoid this place unless you really need a job, and while you are working there, please realize there are better places that will actually treat you like a human being.

Beyond disgusted. Practically a preschool. Absolutely NO respect for the employees. Please support/work at a business that actually cares about it's workers. They only intend to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. I will do anything to see this company fail. Yes, it's personal. TERRIBLE.

Well there were good aspects to the job, schedule and most teammates. Clients seem satisfied overall with their services.however the bad habit and honest reputation is a hard working employee that goes way out of their way to even come in on extra days/stay late to help catch up on productivity and orders can randomly get terminated... With no explanation other than being told they were within the 90 day probationary period and the official reason is listed as production. The ex supervisor was professional enough to call and explain over the phone however stated that they had good rates yet they honestly didn't know why the person is being canned at random. They answered each question to this poor unfortunate worker with "I don't know". Yeah I wouldn't want anyone wasting their time here!!!!!!!!!!!

They get rid of employees without any explanation and no cause highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this place for stable employment ever.
