Love all the FFB branches. They have great customer services. They never bombard me with unnecessary fees and unrealistic limits. This is a great local bank that caters to your specific needs. Just wish there were more branches in NKY.

Walked in to this branch and received a warm welcome. Tiffany asked us what type of banking we did and discussed the different types of accounts they offered. Tiffany escorted us into Gina's office and offered us a warm and friendly hello. No one was speaking loudly and Gina was even under the weather and still so pleasant. I think we have found our home bank. Thank you both for all of your kindness.

The mobile app and online banking never work. First Financial has all kinds of hidden fees and some things can ONLY be changed online. For example, you can only turn off paper statements online or they charge you a fee. But the mobile app and online app have bugs so it's a problem that wears you out because they never fix the apps and no one at a branch, even managers and Vice Presidents can't turn off paper statements.

Misty helped me set up a new business checking account. She came to my office and made the process as smooth as possible. With my busy schedule, and not much time to get to the bank, Misty was able to get me going in no time at all and made it convenient. The mobile app is also great to quickly check my accounts.
