Piss poor service. Can’t speak to a human and they’ve changed the time for my delivery 3 times now. I’m unable to speak to anyone about it because the entire system is automated. It’s a joke.

Not the employee's fault but my package could not be scanned properly. Now my package is in limbo, since I don't have a tracking number. The scanners at this facility had an issue upload to the system. I'm sure FedEx is saving money on defective scanning equipment. But the employees have to deal with the public.

How do 2 packages going to the same location get put on the same truck but only one gets delivered?!? Maybe FedEx should get big stickers that say "Package _ of _" so the drivers don't overlook them... or... make the driver deliver ALL packages after realizing he forgot one even if that means back-tracking. Just one more reason I should switch to UPS.

delayed my package multiple times. gave a time for delivery and it’s been over 2 hours since then and it’s still not here. worst service i have seen. paid for expedited shipping and it still might not get here on time. never using fedex again
