Rented a car at Northern Kentucky Airport. Horrible experience on the front end. I submitted customer feedback. No response from Enterprise but the next week they sent me a link asking for a review, so here you go.* Reserve online/checked in online the day ahead of time and received an email confirmation telling me I could go straight to the car* Checked in at the desk to confirm my wife was on the contract and was told she was and I could go straight to the car as I was checked in online* Went to the 3rd floor and met Jay and showed him the email. He told me it was not acceptable and that I had to have one with three green arrows/chevron on it. I reiterated that I had checked in online and this was the only email I had received. He insisted that unless I showed him one with 3 green arrows or paperwork from the desk I wasn't getting a car.* Went down and waited in line again.....got to the counter and they reiterated that I was good to go. I told them Jay refused to accept the email I had so they wrote my name and car type on an Enterprise envelope (no contract inside) and I went back up.* Seriously, Jay never looked inside the Enterprise packet, all he looked at was the type of car on the front and pointed me to my choice of cars.Painful - unprofessional - and a waste of my time.The car was clean and I had no issues with it. The guy who took it at return was sharp and professional. That's the only reason this isn't 1 star.

I had the worst experience as a long time enterprise customer. I reserved a luxury SUV for my family vacation two weeks in advance from the seven hills location in the suburbs of Cincinnati. The day of my trip a few hours before I was suppose to pick up the vehicle, Donte the manager of the branch called me and stated they don’t have a luxury suv and I would have to travel to Kentucky if I wanted to get one. I was at work when Mr. Donte called and of course I couldn’t just leave and venture off to Kentucky for another vehicle.Keep in mind this is the company that will pick you up if you need a ride, so I was confused why they couldn’t pick the suv up and have it ready for me.So I was placed in a position where I had to drive 40 minutes during rush hour traffic and pay for airport parking in order to get another vehicle. Once I finally made it to the enterprise at the Kentucky airport the situation got worse. I was dealing with an assistant manager named Deon, who was so unprofessional he refused to give me his last name. Deon attempted to charge me almost $200 more for the same SUV I reserved. I spent about an hour and half going back and forth with Mr Deon before he finally honored the price I had originally been quoted.Due to all the hoops I had to jump through with enterprise and the major inconvenience, my family and I lost a day’s vacation and the sad part was neither manager offered me anything for my inconvenience.As stated I’ve been dealing with enterprise for years and my parents dealt with enterprise before me. I’ve never received bad customer service from them and normally I have a great interaction and relationship with management and their employees. It baffles me how I could give a two week notice and not have a vehicle ready. I hope know future customers have to go through what I experienced. I put in an email to enterprise and still haven’t heard anything back unfortunately.

I have been very satisfied with my experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Most recently, I had to rent a car unexpectedly at CVG airport. Sharon, the agent who helped me at the rental booth, was so friendly and helpful, as were the other people with whom I interacted (getting the car, leaving the airport and returning the car). I will continue using Enterprise for my rental needs.

at CVG - SAT FEB 10 in the eveningUp to the third floor to pick out a car. Bronco not good so I switched to the Equinox. But how to get my phone to talk to the car..? ( I mumbled)SHE ASKED -- if she could help get my phone working with the car.. she cleared the other Bluetooth connections so mine was the only choice... nice, no VERY NICE...!That's service
