This company is an absolute joke. I called four different times to reschedule, and I waited for over an hour every time I called. I finally had to go to their place of business to get it resolved. Do not use this company. If I could, I would rate this zero, but it doesn’t go that low.

Bought an item from Amazon, and they used CEVA to ship it. Awesome experience with the driver and he called ahead of time before delivery.

3131 river rd, Cincinnati oh cevatwo not quite adequate employees, one makes registration and the second loads, after two hours of standing at the door, they remembered that I was here, simply because they went out to smoke. Terrible service

Only one driver showed up with a delivery that needed to go to a second floor. He said, "I don't do stairs", got the appliance off the truck and left. I do not recommend CEVA or Lowes for Pros if you need anything delivered.

I had a great experience with CEVA. I followed my order from Lowe's and the website was always up to date. Delivery was professional and the employee called ahead and brought the large item into my home. Great experience.

If you are looking for some horrible logistics service, choose Ceva Logistics. It has been 4 days since they show my shipment "out for delivery" and it didn't deliver. At the end they put remarks Bad address. Hopefully their drivers will have phones to contact customer or shipper.

1 star for showing up over a month late to "pick" up something 251lbs. When in fact they were supposed to be delivering a pool. Guy said it's on the dock in Cincinnati. 1 week later I decide to call since I know know his location and the person in the warehouse said he would call back when he finds it. 2 weeks later, still waiting on that call.

Appointment scheduled the week prior, delivery did not arrive. Confirmation of set appointment on site tracking. Representative said it is the customers responsible to call that morning to make sure a driver was available. Representative could not give any guarantee that shipment would arrive stating that she could set up an appointment but that it still would be up to the customer to call again the day of the appointment because they do not know if they can deliver it. Horrible customer service. Manager apparently works from around midnight to 2pm but had already left for the day when I called before 2pm. Representative just kept abrasively repeating herself. Did not offer a solution. Horrible customer service.

The website is pretty good but not great. Delivery options are not good. Incredibly difficult to talk to a person if it is possible at all. Driver showed up two days late at 0715 and without warning/call ahead. "Normal delivery window is 0600-1800" not friendly for scheduling. Do not recommend to use if there is an option.

This company is a joke. Twice they scheduled a delivery and never showed up. The second time they didn't even bother to call and tell me they weren't coming. They cost me two days off work and didn't care one bit. When I complained and asked to speak to the supervisor the gal told me she would have her supervisor call me back because the supervisor was supposedly at lunch in the middle of the afternoon. Right! And as expected, I never received a call back. Horrible customer service with this company. I would pick any other company over this one. They simply don't care.
