This was my best experience of renting a car I have ever had! The employees were courteous, helpful and knowledgable. They helped me immeadiatly. They had the car I had reserved. They upgraded me to a better car for my family and all of our suitcases. They were great.

No wait and great customer service from Mike. I was in frenzy due to a flight cancelation and he was able to help figure out a solution. He was patient and polite and I was very appreciative! Thank you Mike!

We rented a couple of vehicles last weekend and chose Alamo at the time because Alamo stayed open until 12:30 at the CVG airport and our flight was scheduled to arrive at 11:00 at the time. Our flight was late and we didn't make it to the rental car booth until well after closing at 12:30.
Murphy's law was in full force and we had several problems with the rental because we rented online and I didn't have that specific card in my wallet. We were in good hands though, Trystan and Michelle were extremely patient and went above and beyond to ensure that not only did we get our expected rentals at agreed upon price.
Michelle and Trystan were gracious and really prevented this from being a catastrophe. It was late, it was stressful but I felt we were in good hands. This level of service should be commended. Thanks for saving our trip guys! You are amazing!

Booked the car through Allegiant Airlines. Received an excellent rental rate, a great car, A-6 Audi and the agents couldn't have been nicer . I will be back.

Don’t spend extra money on a high end rental. They won’t have one in that class and will not make any accommodation to make it right.

Absolutely horrible called the number made a reservation for a minivan. I get there. They say the company that books the reservations doesn’t know what they’re doing and they don’t have any minivans. I drove 40 minutes 1 way for nothing.

We rented a minivan. Unfortunately our flight got delayed and by the time we got to the rental car booth all they had left was trucks and small car. There were 5 of us and 1 person was in a wheelchair and we were stuck taking a truck due to the size but there was no floor board so we had to carry my mother-in-law who is in a wheelchair into the car and lift her in. It was a complete hassle 4 days and it made her so embarrassed.

Rented a Audi A4 and it was great. Good gas mileage and smooth ride. Just needs more cushion on the seats for long distances

I wasn't going to do this review, but Alamo has sent me email after email asking me to. The rental was fine. There were no issues with the vehicle. My problem is that the Alamo desk was closed and someone from a sister company was handling things. The sign wasn't very clear and I didn't know where to go. I don't know which other brands are owned by the same company. I sat down and did their online check-in. The website said to go to the vehicle. Another sign said not to, so I got back in line at the other company. I finally got that sorted, but it wasn't explained to me that it was all paperless. Everyone else had paper copies, but I didn't. The vehicle attendant didn't know about it, so I had to wait in line outside too. I just found the whole thing unnecessarily stressful and confusing. If I were to rent from them again, it would be fine. However, I really didn't appreciate it after a long and tiring flight.
