Just awful! Delivery window was 9-12. Delivery showed up at nearly 5. I called several times and was told ' we'll call you back in 30 mins,' never got a call back. I called once an hour until they finally showed up. Communication was absolutely terrible! Resulted in me missing work and canceling plans for a birthday dinner.

Fantastic customer service. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue!
