  I called at 11 am. Asked about getting a money order ready. A lady answers the phone. I told her my situation. She pauses, hands the phone off to a boy. He mumbles "we're closed". I said, your website says your open. He mumbles "nuh uh". Unbelievably lazy and irresponsible.

  They claim western union is open until 12am and they had it closed at 9 pm and refused to give my brother the money I sent him from Florida because of his emergency situation?
