I had lost my job during the pandemic due t a death and then the unemployment system in Ky was so messed up it took me about 11 months to finally get my unemploymenr which caused me to default on a lot if my bills. This made my credit score drop awful. “I had an awesome experience at Clutts. My transmission went out of my Nissan suddenly, so I was in need of a car ASAP. Needless to say, I did not have money saved up, for a down payment for a new car. Kevin worked with me on getting a down payment I could afford on a new 2020 Chevy Sonic with only 20,000 miles. He also worked with me on getting the monthly payment fixed to a price I could afford. Kevin was very understanding and patient about my situation. He even followed me to the gas station and filled up my new car with gas!! I've never had a car dealership to do that before! I am so excited for my new car, this is my first one ever.
