Bought a used car from them in early June, to be transferred out of state. They have somehow not been able to figure out how to send the right documentation to the right place, forcing me to request an extension on a temporary plate so as to solve their problem on my own time. This is with a well-documented process in place to register and title a vehicle in my state, specifically dealing with out of state dealerships.
Everyone is quite nice, but I am extremely frustrated by the level of incompetence demonstrated by a company that should know how to solve these problems, as it is their business.

I've been shopping for a used car for several months. Comparing local and out of state dealerships. I'm thankful I found Tim Short. Price was better than anything I could find and I was in the exact situation to get their lowest price (trade-in, financing through them, good credit). Rusty was exceptional to deal with. The whole transaction was smooth and the staff was super friendly. They were able to get my monthly payment a little under what I was hoping for!

Carl Hall was absolutely the best salesman that I have ever worked with in the last 28 years of buying vehicles, he made the process quick and painless and didn’t try to put me in something I didn’t want, I will definitely be coming back for all my future purchases.

Best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Charles Jackson, and Chris Chitwood were wonderful. Salesman seemed to be a great. I looked at a truck and it had issues with it and they didn’t want to fully fix those issues so a couple weeks later I find another truck that seemed to be in really good shape or so I thought. The truck overheated and just a host of problems to say the least I’ll never do any business there again they do not go over used vehicles or address any problems with their used vehicles plain and simple.
